Job Responsibilities As a Maintenance Mechanic for our client just outside Falkenberg, you will be an important part of production operations in the food industry. You will work to ensure that the client's production equipment functions optimally and contribute to safe and efficient production. Your main responsibilities include: - Preventive maintenance of machinery and production lines - Troubleshooting and repair during downtime - Ongoing improvement work on technical solutions - Collaboration with the production team to minimize downtime - Documentation of completed work This position is full-time with shift work. Additionally, you will be on-call every fourth week, which means you should be able to be on-site within one hour if needed. Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with education or experience in industry, automation, electrical systems, or other technical fields. Experience from food production is advantageous. Requirements for the position: - Driver's license and access to a car - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Ability to participate in on-call duty according to schedule Advantages for the position: - Experience with TIG and/or stick welding - Electrical knowledge - Forklift certification As a person, you are curious and technically interested. You enjoy working closely with your colleagues and understand the importance of good collaboration in a production environment. At the same time, you are self-driven, take initiative, and have the ability to drive your work forward. Furthermore, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a structured work approach.
