JOB DUTIES You work as a nursing assistant or care assistant, in a team with committed colleagues and support from nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and managers. We work based on the national values for elder care, focusing on security, respect, and meaning. • At our care facilities in Borgholm and Löttorp, you're part of a team providing support based on each resident's needs. • In home care, you work independently in individuals' homes with personal care, social activities, and support services. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who: • Is at least 18 years old (or will be during the summer). • Is thoughtful, responsible, and enjoys working with people. • Has training or experience in care and elder services, but it's not required. • A driver's license is required for most home care positions. A language test may be conducted during the recruitment process. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months. Work schedule: Shift work.
