The social sector is now making a long-term investment in sector quality work. We are building a completely new team consisting of a quality strategist and several quality development specialists. Together, you will work operatively close to the operations and provide our unit managers, employees, management, and politicians with strong support in analyses, development, and improvements. 3 position(s). DUTIES Each team member has their own areas of responsibility within the operations of elderly care, support services, and IFO, but you work closely together to create a robust and less vulnerable organization where you support each other on various matters. An important assignment is to independently investigate and analyze incidents according to Lex Sarah as well as deviations. It is work where we learn from experiences and translate them into real changes. You document, analyze, and transform facts into valuable insights that drive development and strengthen quality across the entire social sector. The role also includes supporting managers and employees. Clarify analyses and show how the results can be used as a basis for the operation's continued development. Prepare well-substantiated decision-making documents and present current Lex Sarah cases. Together with the quality strategist, you ensure that sector-wide processes, routines, and guidelines are updated, that they are implemented in the sector, and are well-established. You monitor statistics, operational goals, and relevant key figures. You monitor results from national surveys and identify trends and legislative changes. Together we coordinate the sector's digitalization development and welfare services. We believe you are a person who makes things happen and who enjoys driving development forward. You are communicative, pedagogical, structured, and process-oriented. You have a unique ability to combine strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed. As a person, you are analytical and thorough, but also distinctly collaborative and skilled at building trust. Most importantly, you are a team player with genuine commitment to learning and development. The role requires that you can work independently and confidently stand by your assessments. You make well-founded decisions and can justify your conclusions in a way that is both professional and easy for others to understand. QUALIFICATIONS For this assignment, you have relevant university education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have at least 3 years of work experience from the operational areas of care, support services, or IFO. You have experience from municipal operations and work in a politically governed organization. The team has good knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Administrative Procedure Act (FL) as well as experience with social law (LVM, LVU, LBSB, and LSS). You have documented experience of investigative work related to Lex Sarah and deviation reporting. Very good communication skills, where you are accustomed to expressing yourself well in both speech and writing and adapting your message to the recipient.
