Welcome to us! JOB DUTIES We are looking for you to work as a contact person for one of our clients. The client, an 18-year-old woman, lives centrally in Knivsta. Her interests include shopping, working out at the gym, and going out to eat. As a contact person, your role is to promote social connections and support leisure activities in a safe environment. You should be able to motivate and be proactive in booking and conducting regular meetings. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in doing something for other people. You approach the individual's needs and interests and adapt to different situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful daily life. It is important that you are cooperative, resourceful, confident in yourself, and have great patience—this creates security in your role as a contact person.
