We have a total of 62 beds distributed across six units, two units with somatic care focus and four units with dementia care focus. Job Description We're looking for someone willing to work on an as-needed basis. As a care assistant, your main task is to care for our customers, along with light cleaning and meal preparation. You should be able to work in a team but also independently. We work in teams with care assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, unit managers, and operations managers. We have new customers who need care and are now expanding our pleasant team with more care assistants. It's an advantage if you have experience from elderly care work and delegation. We're looking for someone with care assistant training and experience in care work. You enjoy providing excellent service, creating meaningful relationships, and want to improve the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can recognize individual needs. Having a leadership role is stimulating and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in healthcare matters. Qualifications Care assistant training of at least 1350 credits Professional certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a letter from a current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer proficiency Does this description fit you?
