We are seeking a female personal assistant on a PART-TIME basis for a woman living in ÖSTERÅKER (Åkersberga). We are always very careful about who we hire – but for this group we take it one step further and only hire people who meet the following qualifications. About the Workplace This position is for a person with autism and developmental disabilities who lives in her own apartment close to municipal services, making it easy to get to and from work. The person's daily life is characterized by security and stability, and we enjoy going on various outings together. The person has double assistance around the clock, and the schedule is built on 24-hour shifts. Here, routines are important, as is understanding that the customer's needs are the focus and what drives the entire daily life. With us, you'll receive thorough introduction training alongside our fantastic assistants so that we together create a sense of security for one another. About the Position This is a fixed part-time schedule corresponding to 70% full-time equivalent. Opportunity for additional hours during vacation and other leave. At this workplace, you work 24-hour shifts (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) with a mix of both night shifts and on-call shifts during some shifts. 24-hour shifts provide better continuity for both the customer and the employee and offer more continuous free time, which can suit many different life situations.
