We offer care and health services education in our modern, purpose-built educational facilities. This is a full-time (100%) position involving planning, documenting, and delivering instruction in classroom and distance learning settings. All work must comply with applicable regulations and guidelines from the Swedish National Agency for Education's course plans as well as our internal policies. As a teacher in adult education, your task is to lead and instruct students, and it is therefore important that you are engaged and have pedagogical aptitude and the ability to motivate and inspire our students. You are passionate about working closely with students in their learning and personal development by being accessible and supporting them in their studies. You should be positive toward collaborative pedagogical work, able to take initiative, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. As we are a smaller school, it is valuable if you can identify opportunities, want to be involved in developing our operations, and enjoy working in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment where everyone works toward the same objectives and supports one another. Experience with adult education, multicultural work, assessment and validation, and digital learning is meritorious. We appreciate candidates who are organized, flexible, and solution-focused. We prefer candidates with teaching credentials and teacher certification with authorization to teach subjects included in the care and health services program, or alternatively, a licensed nurse with strong interest in pedagogy. We welcome candidates with previous teaching experience in upper secondary school and/or adult education. Experience with Alvis, Itslearning, and Sharepoint is a plus. Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
