We are looking for a customer receptionist/receptionist for our auto repair shop! Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys juggling multiple tasks? About the Position We are looking for someone who wants to work as a customer receptionist/receptionist with us. You will be a key person in our daily operations and are the first person our customers meet – both by phone and in person at the workshop. Key Responsibilities Your main tasks include: Receive customers on-site and by phone Schedule and follow up on workshop visits Order spare parts Maintain contact with suppliers and ensure the right parts are available on time Invoice and process payments Handle email and simple administrative tasks We are Looking for Someone Who Has experience in customer service or administration (experience in the automotive industry is a plus) Is service-oriented, social, and organized Has good computer skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish Has a B-class driver's license (required) Is solution-oriented and enjoys working in an environment where no two days are the same We Offer A secure and varied position in a pleasant work team Opportunity to develop within the company A company where customer satisfaction and work enjoyment are central
