DUTIES As Operations Manager for the unit's production team, you will be responsible for 3 excavation crews and one equipment operator who together carry out the unit's excavation operations primarily related to the distribution network. The unit is in a development phase where we see a need to be able to carry out municipal projects in-house with our own excavation crews. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up/documentation of the operations. The group is an implementation team that receives orders from various departments within the municipality, and the prioritization of what should be done and when falls under this role. You will have support from a unit manager and a small staff including, for example, an operations coordinator. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for leading and developing fieldwork.
