Your responsibilities With us, you will be part of a dedicated team working together to provide the best possible rehabilitation to our patients within municipal primary care. An important part of the work is to supervise and delegate to nursing staff to promote a rehabilitative approach. We prioritize early interventions, all to enable more people to remain in their homes with good quality of life. We collaborate within the team with other healthcare providers to put the patient at the center. One of our focus areas is Team Homecoming. You will assess the individual's activity capacity, body function, and environmental factors. By applying interventions such as activity training, assistive device prescription, and environmental adaptation, you will support and promote the individual's ability to be active, engaged, and independent. Your responsibilities also include assessing the need for housing adaptations. Your qualifications We are seeking someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. For this position, a valid B-class driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you have work experience, preferably in municipal health and medical care. The work requires high levels of independence, flexibility, and ability to collaborate, as conditions can often change quickly.
