You will have overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and coordinating work tasks, ensuring efficient work methods, and following up on results together with team leaders. Some vacancy management may occur, so you need to have experience with vacancy management. Your role also includes holding regular meetings with customers, providing ongoing feedback, and developing employees' competencies. To be successful in this role, we see that you have experience as a shift supervisor or from a similar management position, have a structured work approach, and have good ability to communicate and inspire colleagues. You are action-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable taking responsibility for both daily operations and staff development.
