We are seeking a substitute during the regular assistant's study leave, which lasts 3 years. The client has autism and lives in their own apartment with a well-organized life and the best conditions that have been developed over many years! Work tasks include regular household chores such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and taking care of the home together with the client. The client enjoys swimming, going to the gym, walking, cycling, music, computers, puzzles, and more. You will work together with engaged colleagues and family. Clear routines are followed and a shared approach where the client's needs are always in focus. You need to speak fluent Swedish, and your qualities of being an organized, confident, calm, attentive, empathetic, unpretentious, responsible person are essential. You have a strong sense of care for the client's life situation. We particularly welcome male applicants aged approximately 25-45 years. A B-category driver's license is required. The schedule includes day shifts, evening-night shifts with on-call sleeping duty, 24-hour shifts, and working every other weekend. Approximately 75% position + on-call sleeping duty. We require an extract from the Police Record. Planned start date is August/September; an introduction is required before starting. Continuous recruitment. Collective agreement applies.
