As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will lead the work at the unit together with the Operations Manager, with responsibility for daily operations and operational planning. You will be part of a competent and committed management team where you receive support and guidance to succeed in your role, and you report directly to the Operations Manager. Main responsibilities together with the Operations Manager who is ultimately responsible: Shared responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and scheduling Conduct systematic quality and operational development Ensure that agreements, assignments, and regulations are followed together with your local management team Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives Finance and budgeting related to operations Ensure occupancy based on budget and set targets Collaborate with support functions within the group Who are you? Your educational background and experience should align with our requirements. We prefer that you have higher education in social work/leadership/social work degree/HSL or similar. In addition, you are a confident leader with previous experience working with the target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy, and customer-focused. To succeed in the role, you are results-oriented and enjoy work that demands flexibility and is conducted in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working toward set goals. You also have an understanding of and knowledge in finance and can follow up and analyze operational results. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse, or started equivalent education Preferably experience in a management position in healthcare and/or social care Experience with budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing Meritorious if you also have: Experience working in private care operations Experience leading operations in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What can we offer you?
