Welcome to us! TASKS We are looking for you to work as a respite care provider for one of our clients. The client, a 7-year-old boy, lives centrally in Knivsta. His interests include playing with Mario figures, building Lego, drawing, doing puzzles, and playing Nintendo on TV. As a respite care provider, you typically work in someone's home, temporarily taking over care responsibilities. As a respite care provider, you enable the guardians to have time to relax or carry out activities on their own or with siblings. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in doing something for other people. You start from the individual's needs and interests and adapt to different situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is important that you are both cooperative and confident in yourself; this creates security in your role as a respite care provider. QUALIFICATIONS Personal suitability is of utmost importance. We believe you are attentive, empathetic, driven, and service-minded for this assignment. You should be able to build and maintain relationships. You have an empathetic ability and can put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation. We are looking for a person who enjoys spending time with other people, who is interested in how others are doing, and who has a stable and secure life situation. It is advantageous if you have some form of care and support experience or similar education.
