About the Position We are now looking for a driven and meticulous workshop mechanic. The role is multifaceted and suits you if you enjoy combining practical workshop work with daily customer interaction. In the workshop, you will work with service, repairs, and troubleshooting on both passenger cars and motorhomes, where your technical knowledge and attention to detail will be crucial for the quality of the work. You will be responsible for identifying and fixing problems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that each vehicle is returned in the best possible condition. This is a role for you who appreciates variety, where no two days are the same. Responsibilities Perform service, repairs, and troubleshooting on cars and motorhomes. Ensure that the customer experience meets the highest standards. Contribute to organization and structure in the workshop. Qualifications Several years of experience as an auto mechanic/workshop mechanic is advantageous. Good technical knowledge and experience with troubleshooting. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are advantageous. Good computer skills (booking systems, email, basic administration). Driver's license Category B is a requirement. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and has good communication skills. You are flexible, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and are comfortable both working hands-on and interacting with customers. You are stress-resilient and can manage your time effectively between workshop work and customer reception. You also have the ability to manage communication between the sales department and the workshop in a structured and professional manner.
