Ulinco Vulctech is seeking workshop technicians / service technicians for their operations in Landvetter. You can be younger with limited experience but with a willingness to learn the job, or you may have extensive experience in a workshop setting. The position starts as a consulting assignment with great opportunities for permanent employment by the employer, but can also be a direct employment with Ulinco. Ulinco Vulctech AB performs rubber technical work and surface coatings and provides service for needs in energy, mining, production, and process facilities. We are based in Landvetter outside Gothenburg where our modern and well-equipped workshop for surface coatings and rubber technical work is located. We perform surface coating services on-site for our customers throughout Europe, with a focus on the Nordic market. Job Responsibilities As a workshop technician / service technician, you will work with rubber vulcanization, manufacturing and assembly of conveyor belts, various mechanical work, and as a technician at customer sites (applicable to conveyor belts). This means the role is highly varied. It involves both teamwork and individual work. In the role of field service technician, you have customer contact with both production personnel and management. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone with training in workshop/maintenance or equivalent experience from workshop, cutting operations, service/maintenance, machinery, etc. It is advantageous if you have experience working with vehicles and various types of machinery and have strong technical interest. You have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently and take initiative. You also need to be flexible, service-oriented, and have good communication skills. A B-class driver's license is required. You have no allergies to solvents. The work requires a criminal record check, among other things, in order to work at some customer sites.
