Management of internal locks, tags, and keys. Various moving and setup of the operation's inventory. Various transport tasks QUALIFICATIONS Required documented experience as a caretaker, facilities manager, or carpenter of at least 5 years. Being generally handy is an important quality for a caretaker. We would like to see experience from working in the school environment or other service professions. B-driver's license High school competence Good IT skills Very good at collaborating with others and seeing the bigger picture It is meritorious if you have worked with supervisory duties for multiple employees We are looking for a problem-solver who can analyze situations, identify solutions, and develop effective, implementable strategies to overcome challenges.
