About the job As an operations developer, you provide support to managers and employees in their work. You take on the challenge of working strategically while also playing a key role in the operational implementation of work in day-to-day operations. Your work will focus on work at the national level together with other authorities within the inter-agency initiative against organized crime. In your daily work, this means you support both managers and employees in, for example, developing working methods and processes. Everyone who works at Kronofogden contributes to work against crime. Your responsibilities include identifying and preventing attempted criminal activity and notifying other authorities about suspected crimes. This role encompasses this but also the inter-agency work against crime at the national level. The position is located at our office in Sundbyberg. Your qualifications: - Degree from a law program with 270 credits (180 credits according to the old system) - Several years of current documented experience working at the national level within the inter-agency initiative against organized crime - Current documented experience leading your own assignments in cooperation with other authorities - Current experience investigating, implementing, and presenting assignments - Strong legal knowledge - Strong IT skills About us Kronofogden is a government agency with an important mission. Good to know The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an operations developer. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer. Working in the state means you follow the state's values. There are also special requirements for judgment, security thinking, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during interviews about any previous criminal activity and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked to references. We also collect information about debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. Obtained information is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current position. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security vetting with record check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
