Job Responsibilities Your responsibilities as an operations developer in elderly care with a focus on the new Social Services Act and other important reforms. You will be part of leading elderly care into the future of welfare with new working methods that are preventive, health-promoting, equitable and gender-equal, as well as evidence-based. Important work to address the future challenges posed by an aging population. Qualifications To succeed as an operations developer, you need strong ability to structure, plan and drive complex development processes. You work systematically and have the ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining focus on important details. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, which requires you to be communicative and able to express yourself clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. You have a natural talent for creating and maintaining good collaborations and thrive in an environment where cooperation is crucial to achieving results. As a person, you are self-driven, take initiative for improvements and understand the importance of anchoring and involving others in change work. In the role you will develop and implement strategies for operations development in elderly care, identify and propose new solutions and methods to optimize care and support. You work closely with management to ensure that the organization's goals are met and participate in the management group. You are also responsible for analyzing and evaluating processes and results in the organization. We are looking for you with experience from elderly care and municipal health and medical services as well as academic education in the field. You are analytical, solution-oriented and have good leadership skills. You can work both independently and in a team and share our commitment to improving quality of life for the elderly. A driver's license is a requirement.
