About the Operation: Vallentuna, together with Nynäshamn Municipality, operates a digitalization and skills development project financed by the European Social Fund. The project is organizationally part of the Municipal Management Office's digitalization unit, where you will be one of several project members. Target groups are found throughout the Municipality's organization. The role reports to the project manager and digitalization chief. Responsibilities: You work both strategically and operatively—from mapping, analysis, and structure building to implementation, follow-up, and anchoring in various collaborative constellations. The role includes supporting operations in identifying development opportunities, testing new working methods, and driving processes related to digitalization and AI. You work in a project team where you contribute to methodology development as well as practical implementation of training initiatives. The role involves supporting, driving, and developing innovation and business development. You map ongoing digitalization initiatives to create increased coordination and a foundation for prioritization, and you work closely with operations to identify and develop work processes that can be digitalized. You contribute change management and development of working methods by leading workshops and development initiatives close to the operations, as well as developing and implementing policy documents and procedures. Qualifications: Higher education in social sciences or other education deemed equivalent by the employer Knowledge of municipal operations, digitalization, and AI Good understanding of how politically governed organizations function as well as regulatory frameworks in the field (OSL, GDPR, data protection regulation, AI regulation, cybersecurity legislation, etc.) Very good skills in Swedish as well as English Good skills in Office 365 as well as M365. You are an experienced user of applications such as Copilot, Power BI, as well as Power Query Meritorious if you have previous work experience and knowledge of change management and business development as well as knowledge of process development Meritorious if you are familiar with the EU framework for digital competence Meritorious if you have a category B driving license Personal Qualities: You work toward results, show reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work.
