About the Position Would you like to help develop ABF Huddinge? We are now looking for an operations development manager based in Vårby Gård. The role involves developing culture and popular education, collaborating with associations and local actors, and working with external financing through projects and assignments. You will work to mobilize people's engagement and interests, perform outreach and initiate activities, while providing a platform for popular education and civic life. You will seek project funding and lead projects and assignments in areas such as labor market, integration, equality, and children's and youth activities. Key Responsibilities Responsible for and develop culture, popular education and civic life Seek project funding and lead projects/processes Collaborate with associations, local actors and partners Administration and coordination of popular education activities and projects Plan and follow up on activity goals and finances Your Profile We are looking for someone who: has good knowledge of the popular movement and civic life is passionate about popular education, culture and social issues has experience with project work and writing project applications expresses yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written has good collaboration skills and social competence Meritorious Experience working in multicultural environments Experience collaborating with municipalities, authorities and other actors Knowledge of study associations' administrative system Gustav Language skills beyond Swedish Terms of Employment Employment Type: Permanent full-time position (100%) with 6-month probation period. Working Hours: 38-hour work week. Evening work may occur. Work is primarily on-site — as we believe that staffed meeting places benefit the operation.
