We are seeking an engaged and well-organized Operations Manager for our dental clinic. With us, you will have a central role in the business with significant responsibility for quality, patient safety, and development. About the Position As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring that the business meets applicable laws and requirements. You have particular responsibility for patient safety and work actively to develop and monitor routines and processes. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for patient safety reporting and quality management Establishing and updating routines, policies, and other governing documents Ensuring that the business meets regulatory requirements, particularly in connection with licensing applications Leading and supporting staff in daily operations Working with business development and improvement initiatives Qualifications: Relevant education in healthcare, administration, or equivalent Experience in a leadership role, preferably in dentistry or healthcare Strong knowledge of patient safety and regulations Experience with documentation and quality management Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Personal Qualities: Structured and meticulous Responsible and independent Strong leadership ability Excellent communication skills We Offer: An important and developmental role in a growing business Opportunity to influence and develop the clinic's work Pleasant work environment and engaged colleagues
