About the Role For us, it is important that as an Operations Manager/Unit Manager you want to be active and close to the operations. This is essential for you to be able to nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, next of kin, and authorities. By being close to the operations, you can also ensure that the company's values, the pedagogical framework, and applicable legislation are followed in your operation/operations. You both want and have the ability to manage and monitor the operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You have budget and results responsibility and report to the Regional Manager and are part of their management team. About Thamstorp Thamstorp Nytida is aimed at those who are 18 years or older, with mental disability such as personality disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia. We offer placements for those cared for according to LPT, SOL, or LRV. Thamstorp offers support in recovery and social training in the form of short-term housing or housing with special support. The operation includes medical services, nursing care, daily support, and follow-up and evaluation. Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in care and social services (e.g., social worker, social care) and experience from care operations. You have at least two years of documented experience in management positions and good references regarding leadership. You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional roles. You enjoy giving and receiving feedback and breaking down and working toward set goals.
