Savannha is a smaller company that has been operating for 15 years. We work with assessed assistance service initiatives for various municipalities where we provide user services. We also work with private services within cleaning, laundry, and procurement. As Operations Manager, you have previous experience in a management position within this industry or another field with direct responsibility for personnel, users, scheduling, customer service, administration, and work with other municipalities or suppliers. You should be stress-resistant, unafraid of conflict, driven, and eager to develop Savannha with new ideas. The work will be independent as well as collaborative with staff and colleagues, which means you need to be able to work alone and also in a group. There may also be service tasks to be performed to improve operations. You need to be able to handle basic math as payroll processing is involved. You are positive and feel challenged and energized to learn new things. Extra merit if you have experience with the Lifecare operations management system. You have a driver's license and will work equally in Helsingborg and Klippan at Savannha's office. Training will be provided through Malmö Municipality for approximately 2 weeks. The position is 80%.
