As a contract manufacturer, we help customers in the manufacturing industry with custom-made sheet metal and steel structures, while also developing and manufacturing our own products. Through services such as laser cutting, welding, 3D printing, 3D scanning, and product development, we help our customers realize ideas and create efficient solutions. We are now looking for a Chief Executive Officer who wants to lead the company forward and contribute to our continued development with a focus on people, business, and long-term growth. About the role As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's daily operations and long-term development. You work according to an established business plan and ensure that the company continues to develop profitably, sustainably, and commercially. This is an operational and business-oriented role where you are present in the operations and work closely with both employees, customers, and group management. You are responsible for translating strategies into concrete results while driving the business forward and developing the organization for the future. You collaborate closely with other CEOs within Garga Group. Your main responsibilities · Take responsibility for the company's operations, results, and long-term development. · Drive business development, sales, and profitable growth. · Lead and develop organization, culture, and ways of working. · Ensure structure, monitoring, and reporting to Garga Group. · Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. As a person, you are unpretentious, attentive, and clear in your communication, and you build trust by being present, straightforward, and easy to work with. To succeed in the role, we believe you are an experienced leader with good business understanding and a documented ability to create results through people and operations. You are experienced in budget, result, and operational management and have the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete results. You communicate in Swedish and English and build trust through clear and engaging leadership. It is meritorious if you have experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably from operations with production and high demands on quality, delivery reliability, and efficiency. You have a good understanding of modern production processes and see the connection between production, quality, capacity, economics, and leadership as the foundation for a successful and profitable operation.
