Tamtron has 22 employees in Sweden and the headquarters is located in Karlstad. About the RoleAs CEO of Tamtron, you are responsible for operations in Sweden and report to the Director Scandinavia. In this role, you have full personnel and P&L responsibility for the company. You are responsible for achieving the strategic goals set for the business. As CEO, you also have responsibility for sales leadership. This includes achieving sales targets, following up on, nurturing, and developing customer and reseller relationships. You also have quality responsibility (9001/14001). Tamtron Sverige AB is part of the Scandinavia region, which means you will have contact points in several different countries and business areas. Who Are YouTo succeed in this role, we believe you need to bring: 5+ years of experience as CEO or equivalent roles with full P&L responsibility. Experience managing sales leadership. Experience from industry and technical sales. Experience driving commercial growth with profitability. Knowledge of quality and accreditation systems (ISO). Experience working in an international company with many different contact points. As a person, you are commercially driven, skilled at structure and tracking figures and key metrics.
