We are looking for a CEO who takes clear overall responsibility for the company's development, results, and culture – and who enjoys being close to operations. Modul is a company that currently works with products for the construction industry, HVAC and electronics sectors, as well as solutions for furniture and interior design. Modul offers services for design, engineering, and prototype development. The company manufactures short or long production runs of customer-unique products, always with a special feel for materials. Production takes place in Kalix. Modul is in an exciting phase where the company wants to strengthen its competitiveness through increased efficiency, quality, and customer focus – and now we are looking for you to lead that journey. Your mission As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's business, organization, and delivery. The role combines strategic leadership with operational presence in day-to-day activities. Examples of key responsibilities: Lead and develop the company's strategy, goals, and business plan. Ensure efficient and stable production with a focus on quality, delivery, and work environment. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives (e.g., LEAN, productivity, process development). Develop leadership team, culture, and organization. Responsible for financial results, monitoring, and reporting to the board/owner. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. Who we are looking for We are looking for a confident and clear leader with strong drive and good business acumen. You are experienced at leading through others, creating structure, and making things happen. We believe that you have: Experience in a leadership role (CEO/Plant Manager/Production Manager/Operations/COO) in manufacturing. Good understanding of industrial economics, production, and continuous improvement. Experience working with goals, KPIs, and follow-up. The ability to combine long-term thinking with operational excellence. Excellent communication skills. As a person, you are: Action-oriented, unpretentious, and present in operations.
