Your Responsibilities As a wet painter, you will work with painting and surface treatment of industrial components, steel structures, and other metal products in varying sizes. The role involves responsibility for the entire process – from preparatory work to finished surface – where quality, precision, and safety are in focus. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure that products meet high quality standards and delivery precision requirements. Your tasks include, among others: • Wet painting of industrial parts, steel structures, and metal components • Preparatory work such as sanding, filling, cleaning, degreasing, and masking • Priming and application of paint according to applicable specifications • Quality control of surface finish, color, and coating thickness • Handling and maintenance of painting equipment and paint materials • Inspection and post-processing of finished painted products • Forklift and overhead crane operation when needed • Contributing to order, safety, and efficiency in production Your Profile We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience who is thorough, quality-conscious, and has an eye for detail. You enjoy practical work and take great responsibility for ensuring that work is carried out according to established quality standards. As a person, you are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner, follow instructions, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
