Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant at Eye Clinic in Uppsala

We are looking for a care assistant or nursing assistant for combined duties in the operating room/sterilization as well as reception/front desk at StarrMedica eye clinic. StarrMedica operates an eye care facility at Läkarhuset in central Uppsala. In addition to the eye clinic, the focus is on cataract surgeries (surgery for cataracts) where we currently perform the most operations in Uppsala with exceptional results and few complications. We need a care assistant/nursing assistant who can assist during operations and with sterilization handling of instruments, but who can also work at reception and assist with patient intake. The work is varied and tasks and workload can vary. This requires great flexibility and strong teamwork skills. Experience with operating room/sterilization work and previous experience with the Cosmic record system is an asset, but we value personal qualities most. This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
