Job Description • Responsible for patient-facing documentation. • Maintains contact with patients via telephone, 1177, and similar channels. • Works according to local job descriptions that may exist in the workplace. • Works with compensation systems linked to patient documentation. • Participates in business monitoring and follow-up. • Works in the team and contributes to good collaboration and open dialogue with colleagues. We are seeking a healthcare administrator who can provide administrative support in several different areas such as patient, personnel, and IT administration. In addition to typical healthcare administrator tasks, we envision you working closely with the teams, making appointments, preparing booking materials, conducting administrative follow-ups, and more. As we actively work to develop and improve our operations, we want you to contribute with new ideas and suggestions and see opportunities in changes. Part of the work involves collaboration with other healthcare providers and authorities. About You YH education as a healthcare administrator. It is a merit if you have a few years of professional experience. We would appreciate it if you have previously worked in our medical records system, Cosmic, and if you have experience working in our systems such as Tessa, Unit4, or Synergi. The role requires strong communication skills and a professional approach. You are thorough, flexible, and able to quickly learn new tasks, and you take responsibility for your work. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work tasks efficiently. The position also requires excellent collaboration with colleagues, patients, and their loved ones.
