Turboshop Sweden AB is now seeking a driven and service-oriented salesperson to join our team in Ljungskile. We are the Nordic region's largest turbo supplier with our own production, workshop, and strong partnerships with leading turbo manufacturers such as Garrett Motion, BorgWarner, and Holset. About the role: As a salesperson, you will handle incoming inquiries, provide customer advice, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers. You will help both private and business customers find the right solution for turbo units, renovation, replacement turbos, factory-new products, and upgrades. You will become an important part of a growing company with high customer service standards, extensive technical expertise, and strong team spirit. This role suits you if you enjoy combining sales, technical knowledge, and customer interaction. Job responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, webshop, and pack packages for customers. Provide guidance and help customers find the right product or service. Create and follow up on quotes and orders. Collaborate with warehouse, workshop, and other colleagues. Contribute to excellent customer service and satisfied customers. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is social, responsible, and has a genuine interest in sales and customer service. You enjoy working with people and have a natural ability to build trust. Requirements: - Experience in sales, customer service, or similar work. - Strong communication skills. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Merits: - Interest in engines, vehicles, or technology. - Experience in sales, customer service, or technical consulting. - Knowledge of the automotive market, turbos, or spare parts. - Experience with business systems or e-commerce. About the position: Full-time. 6-month probationary period with a good chance of permanent employment, start date by agreement. Daytime working hours. Position located in Ljungskile.
