About the Operations: Vallentuna operates two SABOs in-house: Korallen and Väsbygårdens care homes. Health and medical personnel work closely together between the facilities and have a shared unit manager. We are now seeking a nursing care coordinator to a somatic unit at SÄBO. You work in a multidisciplinary team together with registered nurses, physicians, care personnel, rehabilitation staff, and a dietitian. Job Responsibilities: Do you want an independent and varied role where you make a real difference in people's everyday lives? As a registered nurse within SÄBO, you have overall responsibility where the work involves acute and planned interventions for residents. The role includes supervision, training, and work leadership in care for the facility's staff. In your role, you will create and maintain good relationships with residents, family members, and other professionals. During evenings and weekends, the on-duty registered nurse also has a consulting role for the municipality's various LSS activities. This includes, for example, telephone consultations and guidance for staff working there. Common tasks include, for example, prescribing medication when needed. Nurses' working hours are distributed between daytime and evening until 7 PM, as well as every fifth weekend on a rotating schedule. Qualifications: Licensed registered nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience Experience working with people with cognitive illnesses Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written B driving license Personal Qualities: You work toward results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work. You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information. You develop, improve, seek solutions, learning, and knowledge on your own initiative. You are the link, provide service, show loyalty internally and externally, and monitor the environment.
