The hotel is located on Södra Stadsberget in Sundsvall, approximately 3 km from Sundsvall's center with panoramic views over Sundsvall, sea, mountains and valleys. We are now seeking a custodian/facilities manager for a permanent full-time position as our current staff member is moving on to new exciting challenges. You have a solid sense of service and enjoy making guests and colleagues happy. It is an advantage if you have previous experience from hotels and conferences. Your strengths: - You do everything for the team but can also work independently - You can juggle multiple tasks as things can occasionally be stressful - You are organized, structured, take own initiative and see what needs to be done - You have service in your DNA - You have a good sense of humor and enjoy having fun at work Your responsibilities: - Minor carpentry, repairs of various equipment in hotel rooms, conference facilities, public areas - Garden maintenance in summer and snow removal/salting with a tractor in winter - Setting up conference facilities - Other property work/facilities management to keep operations running We would like you to have knowledge of electrical and plumbing work but it is not a requirement.
