Now we're looking for you to make a difference when the world sleeps! At Furuvägen, our specialized residential facility with a dementia focus, 30 residents live with approximately 40 staff members. In the night team, we are six people – and now we're seeking a colleague. What do you do with us? As a night nursing assistant at Furuvägen, you work with standard care tasks within elderly care. The work includes personal care and you share responsibility/care contact with the day staff. You will also: Perform delegated health and medical care tasks in accordance with applicable legislation. Work with implementation plans, planning, and documentation. Carry out decided interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a professional approach who lets ethics and values guide your work, even in stressful situations. You are collaborative, calm, and attentive, with a respectful manner. You have the ability to understand other people's perspectives without taking on their emotions yourself. You are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on dementia care, geriatrics, health pedagogy, or special education, and hold a professional certificate. Your knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is good, and you have a Class B driver's license. It is advantageous to have experience with night work in care and health services and with electronic health record documentation on computers and smartphones. Good to know This is a full-time position, night shift, working both weekdays and weekends according to schedule. A background check will be requested.
