We manage approximately 30 furnished residential units and we are seeking you to continue operating and developing our concept. We are in a phase where we want to completely move away from all short-term rentals and only continue working with long-term agreements with large companies and similar clients. We have made good progress in this development and we are looking for you to establish new contacts with new customers and also develop relationships with existing ones. Wind power companies and wind power subcontractors are our primary target group right now. We are fully booked right now so things are going well for us, and we are now developing approximately 10 additional units.
