About the company: The company owns, manages, and develops rental apartments throughout Sweden with the goal of creating long-term sustainable living environments where people feel comfortable and secure. As a Leasing Agent, you will become an important part of this work and a central point of contact for both prospective and existing tenants. About the role As a Leasing Agent, you are responsible for apartment leasing within your management area and follow the process from initial contact through move-in. You work closely with both tenants, apartment seekers, and internal departments and play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in management, leasing, and property maintenance in a day-to-day role characterized by variety, personal responsibility, and many points of contact. You will work with: Daily contact with tenants and apartment seekers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Publish and manage apartment listings. Plan and conduct apartment viewings. Handle terminations and relocations. Responsible for contract signing and related administration. Conduct reference checks and background screenings. Handle matters related to subletting and apartment exchanges. Coordinate with property managers regarding apartment maintenance. Participate in move-in and move-out processes, including handling keys, access cards, and nameplates. Contribute to ongoing work with activities that strengthen customer satisfaction. Participate in customer reception and front desk duties alongside other colleagues. This is a consulting assignment with a start date in August and is planned to run until year-end. Who are we looking for? We believe you are someone who enjoys building relationships and establishing trust when meeting people. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. You work independently, take initiative, and are motivated by working toward shared goals together with your colleagues. We would like to see that you have: Experience in customer service, administration, or similar work. Experience from the real estate industry, preferably in residential leasing. Good administrative skills and experience working with digital systems. Basic knowledge of rental law. Experience with Vitec is a plus. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. B-class driver's license. Relevant post-secondary education.
