We are now seeking a field sales representative for Hoberg & Driesch Sweden AB, a well-established company with a strong market position. The role involves responsibility for northern Sweden where you will primarily work with new customer acquisition and development of existing customers across various industries and sectors. In this role, you work independently with great freedom and responsibility. You will initially work from home and plan your own customer visits, travel, and activities. You will, among other things: Acquire new customers and develop existing business relationships Plan and conduct customer visits within your territory Build long-term relationships with customers across different segments Work closely with customers to understand their needs and find the right solutions Drive and develop your territory long-term The position involves travel and in some cases overnight stays as a natural part of the work. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and thrives in a role where you take significant responsibility. We believe that to succeed in this role, you are social, relationship-oriented, and have the ability to build trust with customers. You are motivated by sales and enjoy working long-term with customers and business development. If you also have experience in field sales and the steel pipe industry, we consider that a strong asset. We also believe that you: Have previous sales experience, preferably field sales Comfortable with independent work and travel Are organized and have strong self-leadership Are unpretentious, curious, and have a humble approach Have a B driver's license Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Industry or technical experience is an asset, but we place great emphasis on personality, drive, and the right attitude.
