We are now seeking a field sales representative for Hoberg & Driesch Sweden AB, an well-established company with a strong market position. The role involves responsibility for northern Sweden where you will work primarily on new customer acquisition and development of existing customers across multiple industries and sectors. In this role, you will work independently with significant freedom and responsibility. You will initially work from home and plan your own customer visits, travel, and activities. You will, among other things: - Acquire new customers and develop existing business relationships - Plan and conduct customer visits within your district - Build long-term relationships with customers across multiple segments - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and find the right solutions - Drive and develop your district over the long term The position involves travel and in some cases overnight stays as a natural part of the work. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who is independent, driven, and thrives in a role where you take significant responsibility. To succeed in this position, we believe you are social, relationship-focused, and have the ability to build trust with customers. You are motivated by sales and enjoy working long-term with customers and business relationships. If you also have experience in field sales and the steel pipe industry, we would see that as a strong advantage. We also believe that you: - Have previous sales experience, preferably field sales - Are comfortable with independent work and travel - Are well-organized and have strong self-leadership skills - Are unpretentious, curious, and have a humble approach - Hold a valid driver's license (category B) - Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Industry or technical experience is a bonus, but we place great emphasis on personality, drive, and the right attitude.
