Nils Holgersson's Education Center is in a development phase and is therefore seeking a training leader who wants to be part of developing training programs within vehicles and transportation. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a training leader at Nils Holgersson's Education Center (NHUC), you will be responsible for, among other things, work-based learning (APL), industry contacts, program boards, building contract training programs, and overseeing the school's instructors. The position also includes teaching. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with several years of experience in the vehicle and transportation industry. You also have: • good industry contacts combined with knowledge of and commitment to teaching and school development issues • strong pedagogical skills and organizational abilities as well as leadership experience • theoretical and practical knowledge of modern vehicle and transportation technology • familiarity with school governance documents • relevant qualifications within vehicles and transportation We are seeking someone who, with knowledge, humility, and competence, can meet our upcoming challenges and who, together with the industry, work teams, school management, and students, ensures quality and develops the organization.
