Job Description As a Training Consultant, you will play a central role in our students' development. You will teach and instruct in both practical and theoretical aspects within the profession. Your responsibilities will include: • Planning, conducting, and following up on instruction to ensure that each individual reaches their goals. • Serving as a mentor and supporting our students during their workplace-based learning. • Actively contributing to the development of our training operations. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to share your knowledge. You have a pedagogical aptitude and the ability to adapt your teaching to each individual's needs. Your collaborative and curious approach makes you a valued colleague and mentor.
