Skogshyddan is one of Kristinehamn's special residential care facilities and is part of the Support, Care and Social Services Administration. JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of providing daily support, for example with personal care, meals, and activities. You contribute to our residents having the opportunity to maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible. Your work is also about creating a secure and meaningful existence where quality of life is at the center. You will also perform delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and who, together with your colleagues, creates a work environment where you work toward common goals, always with the residents' best interests in focus. Night shifts and pool rotations are included in both positions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a trained nursing assistant or are in the final stages of your nursing assistant training • can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, as documentation and communication are a major part of the work • have a B driver's license, as Skogshyddan is located on the outskirts of the municipality and public transportation options are limited.
