About the role As a nursing assistant in residential care, you contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and dignified everyday life for residents. The work is based on the individual's needs and involves providing care, support, and assistance in daily life. Common tasks include personal care, support with meals, and social activities that promote quality of life and well-being. The role also includes delegated healthcare tasks and documentation in the Lifecare system. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent education. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are collaboration-oriented and can easily adapt your work style to different individuals' needs and situations. You are attentive, responsible, and communicate clearly and respectfully. Personal suitability is given great weight.
