About Us We are currently hiring nursing assistants for Vistegården, a specialized senior living facility with a focus on dementia care. We expect you to be curious about new technology and willing to try new things. Your Role Our task is to provide care recipients with practical, educational, and social support. Through a shared educational approach and clear structure, we support the individual in daily life. We work closely with other professionals such as nurses and rehabilitation specialists. Work in elderly care includes: Supporting care recipients in achieving a meaningful daily life based on their life history Providing care and services according to individual needs Performing health and medical care tasks according to instructions and delegation Collaborating in shared care and health work Documenting work in the digital journal system Lifecare Other Information Because we always think holistically—both for our team members and the individuals we support—introduction at multiple workplaces within social services may become relevant once you feel secure in your home unit.
