Ceciliagården consists of four units with a total of 32 apartments, and there is a shared kitchen and living room on each unit. The facility also houses Götene Municipality's dementia day care, Gläntan. The atmosphere at Ceciliagården is calm, and we work according to the principles of kindness, dignity, and warmth. Duties As a nursing assistant, you ensure that individuals receive the help they are entitled to under the Social Services Act. We work from a salutogenic approach where the individual should have participation and influence over how and when the approved services are provided. Here at Ceciliagården, a great deal of innovative thinking and flexibility are needed. We can offer you rewarding work with significant responsibility. You may have additional responsibility areas in the workplace so you feel you are developing in your role. We use activity planning tools to ensure that residents receive the help they are entitled to. Light meal preparation is included. Who Are You? Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. You need to have proof of a Protected Occupational Title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from a previous employer proving that you had a permanent employment as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. Experience working with dementia is considered a merit. Great consideration is given to personal suitability. Terms Permanent employment at 100%, with start date by agreement.
