JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of our customers' daily lives and contribute every day to their safety, well-being, and quality of life. The work tasks are varied and may include everything from personal care, medication management, and meal assistance to creating meaningful moments through conversation, activities, and social interaction. In your work, you start from the customer's individual needs, wishes, and care plan. With a person-centered approach, you help create a daily life where each individual feels seen, included, and respected. Through your commitment, your attentiveness, and your care, you contribute to creating safety and good quality of life for those living with us. You work both independently and together with colleagues and other professions. Together, we take responsibility for providing good care where collaboration, respect, and respectful treatment are just as important as the practical work tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are now seeking three trained nursing assistants who want to make a difference for people with cognitive illness. Experience working in elderly care or with people living with cognitive illness is a merit, but we also place great importance on who you are as a person. You are confident in your professional role, present in your interactions with our customers, and see the value in building good relationships with both residents, family members, and colleagues. We are seeking someone who enjoys collaborating and who contributes to a positive work environment where people help and support each other. At the same time, you are responsible and can work independently when the situation requires it. You have a flexible approach and can adapt to customers' needs and the changes that naturally arise in daily life. With us, our values are more than words on paper. Care, respect, and commitment permeate our daily work and guide us in our interactions with customers, family members, and colleagues.
