We are looking for you to help create a safe, stimulating, and joyful daily life for our elderly residents. At Ärlagården, every day is an opportunity to show care and warmth. Ärlagården is beautifully situated in the countryside just outside Eskilstuna, with proximity to nature and green areas. The facility has a total of 22 places, of which 11 are for people with dementia. Approximately 22 employees work here, divided between day and night shifts. With us, you have the opportunity to influence and participate in developing services for our residents. 3 position(s). WORK TASKS As a nursing assistant, you provide support and care based on each resident's individual needs and wishes. You contribute to a meaningful, safe, and active daily life through a motivating and supportive approach. You work with personal care, delegated health and medical services, documentation, and implementation plans. As a contact person, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on services for some of the residents. You work closely with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure safe and individualized care. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to a safe and valuable daily life for our elderly. You are a trained nursing assistant with experience in health and care work. Experience in elderly care or working with people with dementia is a merit. We appreciate experience with documentation in documentation systems and knowledge of, for example, BPSD or Senior Alert. You can work day, evening, and every other weekend according to schedule and are open to receiving delegation. Since the facility is located in the countryside with limited bus connections, you need to have a Class B driver's license and access to a car, or alternatively live in the nearby area and be able to get to work by other means. You are a flexible and responsible person who enjoys finding solutions to challenges that arise. You have a positive attitude and a good ability to see the bigger picture in your work. You enjoy collaborating with others and have an easy time building trusting relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues. Good communication and high service awareness are a natural part of your work approach. As part of the recruitment process, a language test will be conducted.
