We are now seeking Nursing Assistants who want to provide good care and support to our residents at our Care and Service Residence, Bjärkagården. JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant, your work involves providing a good quality of life to our residents using a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks and the ability to contribute with social support and guidance. Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry are performed. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others on the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation purposes. We use Pulsen Combine as our management system. Working hours are flexible based on the facility's needs and your preferences. Our operations run 24/7. This position is 100% day/evening and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic abilities. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are a large and important part of the work. You should have a Nursing Assistant education, or alternatively other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate. A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare confirming protected professional title must be presented upon potential employment. Employment type: Permanent position.
