The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and healthcare in the home, individual and family care, and care and residential facilities. Home care and healthcare in the home in Ulricehamns Municipality are responsible for services according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act. Home healthcare has developed significantly in recent years and today offers both planned and acute healthcare services in patients' homes. We provide advanced care to patients of all ages with varying diagnoses and needs, from rehabilitation services to end-of-life care. We are now looking for two nursing assistants for our home care service in Hökerum! 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES As part of our team within elderly care, you work together with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure good quality care and support for our clients. The role involves nursing care according to approved services in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL). Your main work duties include nursing care, healthcare services, and support with daily living activities in clients' homes. You always work with the clients' best interests in focus and strive to create a safe and pleasant environment. The work also includes ongoing documentation, management of safety alarms, and implementation of HSL services by delegation. We want our staff to feel good, both at and outside work, and therefore you have the right to a wellness allowance in Ulricehamns Municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for two committed nursing assistants with a genuine interest in working with people. We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent experience from care and support work that makes you feel confident in the professional role. For us, it is self-evident that you want to deliver high-quality care and treat clients with respect, attentiveness, and professionalism. A Class B driver's license is a requirement, and previous experience in care and support is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have experience with dementia care and BPSD. To thrive with us, it is important that you are attentive and have good empathetic abilities. You actively contribute to a positive work environment through your engaged and professional approach and are happy to collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and quality care for our clients. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. To succeed in the role, you are flexible and adaptable to change. You are responsible, have good problem-solving skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
