Hemgården is facing an exciting development. To meet a growing need for care and support, we are now expanding the number of spaces. Therefore, we are looking for four nursing assistants who want to be part of shaping future care together with us. About the Position As a nursing assistant at Hemgården, you have a central role in creating security, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. You work in a person-centered manner and respond to each individual's needs, wishes, and circumstances. Job responsibilities include, among other things: Personal care and assistance Support with daily activities Documentation in accordance with guidelines in the operational system Collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other colleagues Contact with family members and loved ones Contribute to a safe, pleasant, and meaningful daily life for the residents QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare Have the ability to create security, joy, and quality of life for people in their daily lives.
