We are now looking for a dedicated nursing assistant for night shift work at one of our assisted living facilities in Kinda municipality, located in Kisa. Description of the Workplace Bergdala Elderly Care Home is Kinda municipality's largest elderly care facility and is located in Kisa. Bergdala consists of 71 apartments distributed across 8 units. We have: 4 units with dementia specialization 3 units with somatic care specialization 1 unit with short-term care and respite care places Job Description Care work is important, rewarding, and developmental work where you provide support and assistance to people in their daily lives. As a nursing assistant on the night shift, you work independently and responsibly with varying tasks, including: Implementing approved services Documentation according to SoL and HSL Managing delegated health and medical care tasks Creating safety and positive relationships with residents and their families Meeting the person is always our focus. Through professional and respectful conduct, you contribute to safety, participation, and quality care. Working hours are scheduled nights, including weekends. Daytime training occurs during the day. Qualifications You take great responsibility in your professional practice and demonstrate sound judgment and respect. You work systematically and have a strong ability to reflect on, assess, and handle different situations that can change quickly based on your competence. It is important that you can balance different demands and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. You are skilled at creating and maintaining good relationships with others and are confident in meetings and difficult conversations. You have a strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others. Since we are legally required to document our work, it is crucial that you express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing and have good computer skills. Finally, you are someone with a genuine interest in people and service. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
